OUR PROCESS

1. Initial Call
We’ll start with a phone call to get a sense of your project—what kind of work you’re looking to do, your goals, ideal timeline, and budget expectations based on similar projects we’ve completed. This is a free consultation to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us.

2. Project Walk-Through
Next, we’ll schedule a site visit. This is where we take measurements, walk the space with you, and talk through your ideas in more detail. It also gives us a chance to spot any potential challenges early on.

3. Preliminary Quote
Based on everything we learned during the walk-through, we’ll put together a Preliminary Quote. This will outline the scope of work and an estimated price, along with projected budgets for any selections you’ll need to make—like tile, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures.

4. Design Agreement & Selections
Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll sign a Design Agreement and collect a design deposit. From there, our in-house designer will guide you through the selection process—helping you finalize layout details and choose finishes like tile, cabinetry, countertops, and flooring. Whether you have a clear direction or need a bit of inspiration, we’ll walk with you every step of the way.

5. Final Quote & Review
After your design is finalized and any changes have been made, we’ll send over an updated Final Quote and scope of work for your review and approval. This ensures we’re fully aligned before moving into the build phase.

6. Contract & Pre-Construction Prep
Once you've signed off on the final quote, we’ll schedule a contract review, answer any last questions, and collect the down payment. Then we’ll begin preparing—coordinating with municipalities for permits if needed, ordering materials, and locking in a project start date.

7. Construction Begins
When it’s time to get started, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. We’ll provide schedule updates, let you know about quiet days between phases, and stay in close communication throughout the project. Challenges are a natural part of the process, but we handle them with care and keep things moving toward a space that truly works for you.
